It is very difficult for many people to admit that they need support to cope with their problems. The path to counseling or psychotherapy is often fraught with shame and sometimes associated with various difficulties. There are well-founded treatment concepts for most crisis situations or mental disorders. Crises can often be overcome more quickly with professional consults. I would like to help you with my website to overcome the first hurdles and answer initial questions.

I am a licensed psychotherapist from Germany. I am trained in adult behavioral therapy. I also completed further education in systemic trauma education and trauma counseling.
